                     Akshara
Good evening Mr. Tushaar, I'm Akshara and my classmate Gautami , we are students of Class IX represenng
                     the Student Newsleer Team.

                                                                                                 Tushaar
                                                                                   Hi Akshara and Gautami !

                     Gautami
This is Gautami. It is our privilege to be able to talk to you and understand your journey. Let’s launch right into
                     the quesonnaire.

                                                                                              Tushar: Yes, Let's do it.

Gautami: We know that you are an ex-sherwoodian, how would you describe your school life and your childhood ?
What are the values and inspiraon from the school ?

Tushar: I started my school life in Sherwood Public School from Pre Primary to 10th standard. My childhood was quite
fun actually. I made a lot of friends and we sll meet up. The main value which I learnt from Sherwood was punctuality
because I remember I used to come late to school, and I gradually started coming on me. I also learnt to cooperate
amongst people which helped me a lot in my later life.

Akshara: What was your passion… and what is your passion? How did you know it was the right
         thing for you ?

Tushar: For as long as I can remember , I just wanted to be in the automove industry .Even in school when I was in class
4or 5 I remember I wanted to build something , it has always been my passion and I always worked/pushed towards it
so much that I eventually got into this career.

Gautami: When did you start as an entrepreneur? Were there any challenges? If yes , how did you migate /
         overcome it?

Tushar: Challenges are part of life, you keep moving on. We started in 2016, that’s when we started the company. There
were a lot of challenges in the way. You just try and overcome them. There is no migaon plan that you can think of,
you can only ancipate that what can go wrong will go wrong but we have to keep going forward.

Gautami: Can you describe your product and how it will benefit people as well as the environment?

Tushar: We have currently developed electric cycles. These run on pedals as well as a motor. So there are 3 modes, in the
first you can pedal it without the motor assisng you, in the second one where you can pedal while the motor assists you so
your pedal effort reduces and the third one is a throle mode where you can just throle it without pedalling. All the bikes
are equipment reserved. There is no segment between a cycle and a scooter. There is a lot of opportunity for people to skip
scooter and go for a cycle because it serves two purposes - 1) you can exercise if you want to, 2) If you are going on longer
rides the pedal assist will actually reduce your effort and 3) If you are too red to pedal you can always use the throle.
Another advantage is that you don’t need any petrol or fuel to power it and the cost of running the cycle is as low as 10 paisa
per kilometer. So it is a great alternave for somebody who wants to upgrade from a cycle and does not want to go for a
scooter. It could also at some point be a replacement for a scooter but not totally because it depends on the user.
                                                                                                                 12
