BTS’s ‘BUTTER’ enters guinness world records

BTS released their new single ‘BUTTER’ on May 21 and it already
has a few records to its name. The song is their second English
single a�er 'Dynamite' which was released in August last year. As
per Guinness World Records, Bu�er registered the most number
of views within 24 hours of its release. It recorded over 108
million views. It is also the most streamed track on Spo�fy in the
first 24 hours. Upon its release, BUTTER recorded 3.9 million
concurrent views on YouTube, thus becoming the most-viewed
music video in 24 hours on the pla�orm. The record was
previously held by BTS’s first English single Dynamite. Besides
ruling YouTube, the single also broke the record of the most
streamed track on Spo�fy in 24 hours with over 1 million global
streams. It le� behind Ed Sheeran and Jus�n Bieber's track 'I
Don't Care' by 64,946 streams. With these latest achievements,
BTS now holds a total of 23 Guinness World Records. As of now,
BTSs 'BUTTER' currently has more than 396 million views.
