My most memorable moments would be from the Annual Day celebra�ons and the excursions. Annual
Day celebra�on is the �me when the whole school works together for months to put up a marvellous
show displaying our talents, coopera�on and coordina�on . We bond with our seniors and juniors during
theAnnual Day prac�ce.

Excursions helped us in gaining experien�al learning and also bond with our classmates. Numerous new friendships
are made during excursions and Annual Day celebra�ons. I am sure my classmates are heartbroken that we didn’t
get to have a last Annual Day or a last excursion. Honestly, when I was young I never understood Director Sir and
Jyo� madam’s words but as I grew older, I started to understand them. Their words encourage us and enlighten us.
In the end, all I want to say is that this place has given us a lot and we are going to make sure that we repay it by
never le�ng down the name of Sherwood.

Back to School
Yes... We are back to OUR SPACE ,OUR WORLD!!!

Online classes were an efficient way to con�nue schooling
during the pandemic , yet I prefer a�ending physical school.
It’s easier to focus on what is being taught unlike at home
where we have a number of distrac�ons. Most importantly,
I miss talking and spending �me with friends or having face
to face interac�ons in general. Si�ng in a classroom or
roaming in the school campus is the best thing ever.

Online classes are func�onal but real classes are always
be�er. Ge�ng the morning Sun while walking along the
ground and trees in the school hits differently. It felt good
mee�ng teachers a�er almost a year. We have a beau�ful
campus. It felt great returning to school!

Offline classes are far be�er than the online classes as we get to study with our classmates and in a different
environment. To be honest, I just don't know what I have learnt before but during the past few classes
offline, I know very well that I learnt something. It really feels normal going back to school while taking
precau�ons - WEARING A MASK, MAINTAINING SOCIAL DISTANCING and the HAVING REGULAR
TEMPERATURE CHECKS...

Lockdown was pre�y stressful for me, I'm sure for all of us. Online classes were not a good idea for me,
because I always escaped them. I missed mee�ng and interac�ng with friends. I missed the CCA ac�vi�es.
And since it's my last year in the school,I was a li�le more upset staying in my home. Staying in a room
wasn't good at all. For the first �me, I regre�ed making reasons earlier for not going to the school. I had
rela�ves who passed away due to coronavirus. I went numb for a few days as "The Corona Virus" and "the
pandemic" was not expected by me and maybe by anyone. I felt like we had to stop for a second and look
around. Anyway since the school reopened, I'm quite excited, I missed this uniform on me.
